Steps for claiming Entergy Heat Pump Rebates

  • Arkansas: Water heater rebates under Point of Purchase: A participating retailer offers instant savings (2026 Residential POPS Program Manual).
  • Retail water heater rebates in Louisiana: The Residential Retail and Products program offers a rebate or instant discount.
  • Energy Smart A/C Solutions (New Orleans), Louisiana: Fill out the form for an A/C replacement rebate. Certain upgrades go through Energy Smart trade ally contractors.
  • In Mississippi, the Heating and cooling program uses the online incentive tool for trade ally submissions. Use a participating Entergy Solutions trade ally; that trade ally submits the application.
  • For Mississippi Appliances program water heater rebates, send your claim online or by mail within 30 days of purchase, along with a dated receipt.
  • Texas: Under the HVAC Distributor Program, homeowners do not apply. Contact the HVAC installer to ask about the distributor incentive. You must finish installations and paperwork by December 1. A participating distributor sells the equipment, which is installed in the Entergy Texas service territory.
