Terms of Use

When you use heat-pump-rebates.com, you agree to the rules below.

Who runs this site

heat-pump-rebates.com is published by Brighton Incentive Network Inc. of Wilmington, Delaware. By visiting the site or using it, you accept these rules.

Rebate figures: a starting point

The official program pages supply dollar amounts, program status and eligibility rules, and programs may change them, or shut, without warning. Every figure here is a guide, not an offer, a payment guarantee or tax advice. Who qualifies and what gets paid is decided only by the program paying the rebate. Check the official page first, or ask your installer or tax preparer, before you buy any equipment.

Independence

Heat-pump-rebates.com is independent. The site is neither a utility nor a government office nor a program sponsor, and it cannot take rebate applications. The bodies that run each program own its name; naming them here lets you see the source of every figure.

Installers

Any installer or matching firm that gets a quote request is running its own business. Their prices, workmanship and warranties remain their responsibility; we do not sell or fit equipment. Before you sign anything, ask for written quotes and check that the contractor holds a licence.

Using the site fairly

Please do not send scripted submissions to the forms, scrape the site in bulk, or type in another person's details. Reusing the downloadable CSV files and maps is welcome, provided heat-pump-rebates.com is credited and you link to the source page for each.

Where our responsibility ends

No warranties of any kind come with the site. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on the site's figures or by dealing with an installer.

The law that applies

These rules are governed by Delaware law, United States.
