  • After installation, apply online at cpsenergy.clearesult.com or use the PY5 PDF form for CPS Energy STEP HVAC Rebates. The contractor invoice must show model/serial numbers. An HVAC contractor licensed in Texas must do the installation; a permit number is required inside San Antonio city limits.
