Steps for Claiming Consumers Energy Heat Pump Rebates
- Consumers Energy Heating and Cooling Rebates: A participating contractor files the application. It must arrive within 30 days after installation. Installs from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2026 qualify. The check arrives in 6-8 weeks. A system qualifies only when a contractor who participates with Consumers Energy installs it.
